A New Recruiting Approach

Finding Athletes was developed to fill a vacancy in the student-athlete recruiting world.

Finding Athletes exposes you to college coaches and recruiters in all 30 men's and women's National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) scholarship sports.

Every sport has been diligently researched by the Finding Athletes staff to ensure that athletes may safely post all of their important and verified statistics. Athlete members may also create a profile featuring academic information, highlight videos, accomplishments, and awards.

STEP-BY-STEP RECRUITING GUIDE

No more guesswork! Your one-stop resource for the recruiting process, Finding Athletes eliminates the need to purchase multiple recruiting manuals and "how-to" books. A one-year registration includes access to a comprehensive, step-by-step Athlete Resource Guide. This outlines important dates, enrollment deadlines, requirements, and regulations from the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA. The Finding Athletes member guide also elaborates on rules governing contact with coaches and visits to college campuses.

The rules and regulations can be complicated and confusing. Finding Athletes delivers the needed information in an easy to understand and well-organized format. Through our industry-leading recruiting platform, we help ease the responsibilities on both parents and athletes in one location.

EXPOSURE

Finding Athletes is completely free to all qualified coaches and recruiters. We firmly believe that an athlete's chances of obtaining a scholarship are dramatically increased by maximizing exposure. With our approach, schools are not excluded based on budget restrictions or lack of funding.

No other tool streamlines and organizes the recruiting process for coaches and recruiters like Finding Athletes. Our member database allows coaches to search for athletes satisfying broad or focused criteria. Some examples of search categories are Name, Region, Academic Profile, Position or even statistical data (e.g. ERA<2.40). The Finding Athletes site also equips coaches with a "Watched Athletes" section to track, rate, and make notes on prospects.

As a parent, it was hard to know how NCAA rules apply, and how I could best help get my daughter's name out there to coaches. Finding Athletes is a godsend. I also like the fact that the site is secure and that only legitimate registered college recruiters have access to personal information. — Anna from Texas Mother of St. Mary's University Golfer
